El Michi was born from a simple yet ambitious idea: to drive change from the kitchen. Facing the sea in Puerto de la Cruz, we want to show every day that a fairer, more sustainable world is not only possible, it also tastes great.
We're inspired by the common good economy, circularity and the regenerative economy, and we bring them into our everyday. That's why our menu is 100% plant-based: we believe animal suffering must end, and that nourishing, tasty, memorable food doesn't need animal ingredients. Surf, community and good times take care of the rest.
